Do I need an appointment?

We do offer drop off on a walk in basis. We can bring your machine in and give you an estimate on the time it will take to complete.

Feel free to call and get an estimate of time over the phone if you are on a schedule and we give provide an estimate of time before we can get to your project.

What are your Hours?

We are open as follows:

Mon- Fri 8am-5pm

Saturday 8am-4pm

What is your hourly Rate?

Our shop has an hourly rate of $95/hr for standard repairs and service as of Jan 1st 2024.(This is subject to change at any time please inquire for current pricing)

We reserve the right to deny certain jobs based on age or condition of machines.

Repairs are performed in our certified work area and unfortunately customers can not be present in that area during the business day.

Do you offer Pick up & Delivery?

YES

We do offer local pick up and delivery services. The rates are as follows:

Our rate is $95/hr for Pick Ups and Drop Offs.

Machines are to be left in an easy accessible location and ready to be loaded by one person onto our delivery truck. Additional fees will be added if additional people are needed to pick up your machine. There will also be additional fees if a trailer is needed for pick up. Please inquire about additional fee amounts.

You will be charged a fee if a pick up is scheduled and the machine is not ready for pick up.
